Your diff cover and transmission casting numbers match mine. Your axle casting match a 245 without diff lock. your engine serial number ending with "F" indicates 1979 manufacture.

There are three major models of 245s, Standard(that's us), orchard and vineyard. There are different configurations of those three. I've seen three different dash configurations and there's probably more.

I read somewhere that 245s were made in France, so don't expect them to help out in Iraq.
