General tips, Loosen bleed screws on filters [they may need cleaning] when good flow comes tighten them, loosen bleed screws on pump when fuel comes tighten. If it is equiped with a hand pump it will speed up the process. Try to start it and if it does not start loosen an inj. line at the injector and motor it over till fuel comes tighten and start it.
