I have just bored an engine about to its limit and cannot get a regular type gasket to work, the cylinders walls are too close together to make the gasket because their just isn't enough room for the fire rings.I've had two gaskets made and they just can't seem to make the bore big enough. I'm considering going to a copper gasket, but have always heard they were bad about leaking, does anyone have any suggestions as to what will work? Is there any kind of sealer that can be used on the copper? The head and block both have been surfaced, so I know they are true. Hopefully if I can get over this problem I can go pulling. Any help will be appreciated.
