The WD 45 is not very comfortable, it is a low-end, low cost reliable workhorse for a small farm. It is for a person without many dollars & wanting to bale 5 to 10 acres of hay with a safe Live PTO.
I have more dollars to spend & favor the Massey 35 Perkins diesel, Allis Chalmers D-15 series II or D-17 with wide front-ends. Also, a JD 1520 looks good as my local dealer can support it well, but can be expensive at my location. Never know when a bargain shows up though.
