Back when I got my CDL What I found out was you had to tell them exactly what is in the book.[example]she ask about tread depth,I told her1/16 and 1/8,she marked it down as wrong.[second example]I looked for stuff between the dual wheels she marked it wrong.The book says 4/32and 2/32 on tread depth,and you must look for debris not [stuff],needles to say b**** flunked me.When she flunked me she said I needed to study the book a lot more.I asked what I missed and these is what she told me,I explained to her the 4/32 was 1/8 and 2/32 was a 1/16.Her reply was Oh well you have 2 more tries.I got in the truck and went to the next town and passed with flying colors.Moral to this is some of the people dont know jack just what the book says.Sorry for the long post but may help somebody

Earthmaster Project Progress Just a little update on my Earthmaster......it's back from the dead! I pulled the head, and soaked the stuck valves with mystery oil overnight, re-installed the head, and bingo, the compression returned.
