the tractor ran about 3 weeks ago. We did put on the charger on the old battery but still not starting.choke closed and 1/2 way closed-wont start. I will try the charger now on the new battery as you say we may have run down the new one but there was no spark with the new, fully charged battery in.I think it may be cold weather related and will try to pull- start it in high gear. I guess you mean to have one person drive the truck and pull it and one person on the tractor to steer it and do what? [I never owned a tractor before- please be patient with questions. Thx.] Why would the crank not turn? it seem like it is stuck- need further details on this, please, to understand what is happening- thx
