Get MSD (multiple Spark discharge) kit for it. You will find it starts easier, you can open your plug gap up and all arounddo better. One thing to remember, DON'T mess with your plug wires, etc., while it is switched on. As my son said when he was setting the time on his race cr with the box switche on. That thing will knock the sap out of you. The spark is definitely hotter and if it will stand up on a dirt track racer, it will stand up to anything.
