Though a 5020 was always considered somewhat of a dog(until the farmer installed a turbo)it should still have way more power than needed for mowing or chopping. The question would be is the 5020 manuverable enough. Maybe a smaller tractor would do you better unless the area you're cuutting is pretty big and not full of nouks and crannies.
