First and foremost you will want to decide just what you want to have when it is a completed project. Then you will need to look at what will need to be done to get it there. Then you will need to see how much of that work can be done by yourself based on your ability and your shop/tools. Then, all you need to do is get the wheel's turning on the project. I must warn you that the more parts you buy and the more work you have hired done the more expensive the project will be. By saying that, I am not incouraging you to cut corners. Doing that will take away quality from completed project. As suggested before about the manuels, get some good ones and refer to those for any of the work you do yourself that you don't completely understand. In other words, if you don't know anything about the electrical system, do the research so you know what you are doing. The H is a pretty simple tractor, and if you have a little mechanical blood in your system you should be alright with the project. If you get stumped there is alot of knowledgeable people on these forums.
