Just as a rule of thumb, for gas engines, compression should be in the 140-160 range. 95 is definitely too low, and the fact that all cylinders are about the same is both good, and bad news- bad news is, its just plain worn, and needs rebuild. Good news- probably nothing broken, and rebuild should be straightforward. Contact a Ford dealer (who is that now, New Holland? I've lost track) about the special tool.
