The reason for not wanting to use corn and beans as a fuel is because corn and beans are also food products. If they use corn and beans for fuel the food prices would go up and there goes our economy, because people spend more for food than for cars and other items, thus the cheap food policy of our government. The farm program not only subsidies the farmer, it subsidies kelloggs cereal, and any one that makes food from the grain, those companys make tons of money because the corn, wheat, oats, and cereal grains.
