My motion detector light came on at 1:00 a.m.; thought it was a coyote. Watched through the blinds for about 10 minutes before a big skunk came out of a dark area across the street, went through the neighbor's front yard, came back up my driveway, around the house and disappeared in the back yard. Was not tempted to grab the gun and dispatch that critter in my yard. Will mothballs keep skunks away?
