Belarus model 243 advice

hi all , i am looking at a belarus tractor model # d-243 4x4 . its being sold as being new , but with a "as-is" warranty . does anybody have any advice like how old this tractor is or good/bad these tractors or this model is ? i am VERY hesitant 2 spend money on a " off " brand , but attracted 2 the price . i have a 560 long 4x4 & have had experience with part problems , but overall its been worthwhile .
