I will also say that I have watched guys on the road crews mowing the grass along the roads in Mi. and those zero turn machines are faster hands down. I think simplicity makes em too. Go to Simplicitymfg.com and it will give you all info. I think that the Simplicity machines are all made in the USA, I will recommend a Kohler engine. My neighbor also has to use a push mower to finish the job which is total of over 3 hours, he has a lot of trees to go around though, using his loboy cub.
