Cloride In My Tires

Got a flat today in a rear loaded tire in my compact Diesil loader tractor. My friend says to just put a new tube in and drain the other tire. Use a rear blade on it alot but not all the time, so don't have added weight. Tire dealer want 100 bucks for new tube and to drain and reload the tire. What do you think????
