Thank you for all the feedback. I'll try PB blaster and the welded nut thing and see how far that gets me. Don't think I have time for the electrolysis right now and I don't have a milling machine, only a drill press. I'm not buying a torch and tanks until I finish building a workshop. I promised my wife when we got married that she would always be able to park her car in the garage and it's getting pretty hard to open her car door. :) Having a shop true up both surfaces after mated sounds like a great idea. If both parts are new should I still have this done?
