Hi Mark, I have a 65 model 4020 that is giving me fits on one side as well on batteries. I allready have the plan to do the 12 volt conversion on it like I did on my 3020 last year. I'm going to just completely replace wiring harness and all and have everything new as it looks like a monkey hacked up the wiring on this one. I just got the tractor last year adn baled with it. I know it takes away from the restoration part of the machine but this is a working tractor not a show tractor. I have got to look through my parts catalog and find the 12 volt harness and price it online. Holler at me if you want and we can swap ideas on the matter. Gary
