Farmall M questions

I am in the proccess of changeing the fluids in my 1950 Farmall M. I was wonder what for fluid should u put in the rear end of this tractor. I have heard everything from 90 wieght to 40 wieght gear oil. I am uncertain just what to put in mine. Also i am wondering what for fluid do i put in a Lift-All system. Someone told me to put SAE30 wieght motor oil (this acording to an old blue service manual directly from IH), others tell me hydrolic oil??????? what do u guys run in yours.
