I don't know much about you're tractor but if you run the high pressure out from your hydraulic pump to a hyd valve controlling your three point that has power beyond function first ,then run the high pressure out from your new valve to your valve body that runs your loader it should work.
Many places you can get hydraulic parts from can help you set this up.
