I've seen both kinds too. One guy would try to
hide defects and try to get a little more for an
item. People soon catch on to this. Another
auctioneer I knew would try to present an honest
description of the items he sold, then if the
buyer felt it was misrepresented he would resell
it. Needless to say he got more at the bottom
line than the other guy.
