I wouldn't believe it today if I hadn't been there. I must have been 5 when Dad was disking the fill in a new waterway where a deep ditch was closed and sunk the 51 WD to the axels. I remember him getting Mom and me out of the house and into the 49 International KB2 with all the logchain we had and going to get him out. He dug down to the drawbar and unhitched the disk then chained the front bolster to the back of the pickup. Mom was a town raised house wife so I dont know how she could handle this but we pulled and pulled and finally it popped loose.
