Flush with hydraulic oil. The way we flush them is to connect a line to the return and in a big container. Add new hydraulic fluid to the reservoir and let idle. Keeping the reservoir full and the dirty fluid running in the barrel. After you get this clean take the up pressure hose off the loader at cylinder and work valve until clean oil comes out. Then reconnect hose and take off down pressure hose at cylinder and work valve until clean oil comes out. Re connect and work all functions. Drain oil and refill. if oil still looks dirty after you work the tractor drain and refill fluid. do this until you get it clean. Usually it will clean in about 3 changes. Make sure you keep oil in the reservoir. You might to start the tractor a few times. The clean oil will flush the pump out. If any damage to the pump is to be done it probally has already happened. Check the rod seals on the loader and you can tell if they are cracked by any oil residue on the rod. If they are leaking you need to disassamble them and repair. Be careful when using hydraulic fluid under high pressure as it can servely injure you. Don't let it get in contact with your skin so as to penetrate it. Will cause you big problems.
