man, that really gets me!!

A thing that really ticks me off is when guys leave perfectly good tractors out and don't do anything with them!! there is a farm down the road from me with 11 two-cylinder tractors and i know they've been there for ATLEAST 5 years! i've also heard that he won't sell 'em! oh, it gets me!! Any opinions or what i should do? thanks
