If I had a 300 I would want the TA. We had a 300 row crop on the farm growing up and I loved that TA. Used it all the time. If you use the TA right and don't abuse it, the TA clutch plates will last many years. I think our 300 was close to 15 or 20 years old before we changed the clutch plates. But like anything made...some people can tear up an iron wedge!! Read the manual and use your head and that TA will be one of the best investments you will make in your 300! Good luck.
