being a firefighter 35 years this is my opion first call the local sherrfs dept. and let them know you are going to do a burn with all the cel. phones some one will call in a fire and they have to send the fire dept.no.2 make sure you have water on site and have old berlap bags that are wet ot help fight the fire [old heavy blankets will work also]no.3 rember fire WILL make it's own wind and it will change fire movement FAST.no.3 know your fire load got to go fire call
