Hi Don Sr. I'm in Lapeer County so if you need some help, give me shout. As was mentioned, be sure you engage the PTO lever - the one on the left side under the seat. Run the tractor for a while to get it good and hot and try it again. Be sure you use the lift control arm located on the right side. I assume you already know this. If I can help, email me. Tim Daley
