It's next to impossible to do. Say that oil company X buys from multiple sources - Middle East, Mexico, Venezuela. It all goes into the same storage tanks at the refinery. Now how can you know which gallons of gas came from the Middle East, Mexico, or Venezuela? You can't. The thought is good, but it doesn't work that way. Oil companies buy from multiple sources, some from the Middle East, some not. In addition, one refinery can supply gasoline for multiple gas station chains, so a station that you think doesn't 'buy from the Middle East' may well do it and not know it.
