As far as I know, you can't. If the pump is on the PTO you can't put anything else on there. As far as the HP, it depends on the pressure and the gpm. usually it is in the range of 20-30 HP depending on load. If you tractor has any built-in hydraulics at all with any kind of decent GPM, you might want to tap into that system, if you have a loader, say. Also you could put a power-beyond on the loader valve if it has one, or else get a valve with one. just my $0.02.
