If a serious crack, why not look through a salvage yard that has some Oliver parts? Cast moves slow, you might find a parted out 1600, with empty tub waiting for you. Expressing marginal interest, may get you the slab of cast for $75.00, if you pull the bolts. Not advisable to call, the price will probably triple, with eager interest. Would the 1650 tub be the same? Good to research before the bone yard walk. Good luck.
