Not too loud! some guvment type will see the opportunity, instantly adopt it as his own idea, introduce suitable legislation at the next gathering of the legislative coyotes, and the next thing we all know, we'll be trooping to the licensing office every year to renew our tractor licenses. Of course, they have no control of what you do or own on your own farm, so the licensing requirement will only apply to any tractor that is ever taken onto a public roadway. . .
