I would think it could be straightened with a press and a little time. Machine shop job if you don't have a hydraulic press. As for the wear, I would think it could be built up with spraying matal on similar to repairing a crankshaft. I don't know the cost though. Then you would have to have it machined down to size again. The only other way out of this is to find a used one. Maybe difficult as wide adjustable front ends are probably mostly in use because of the desireability of this option.
