Ron, The Farmall 130 was built in 1956, 1957 and 1958. Your serial number should be on a plate under the seat on the left side. If you can't find it there should be some casting numbers that look like a date with a letter for the last symbol which repersents the year. The 56 serial numbers started at 501, 57 started at 1120, and 58 started at 8363. The Farmall 130 has a 123 cu in engine rated at 1400 rpm. It was tested in Nebraska test #617 with a chp of 21.09 db hp and 23.11 pto hp. The splined PTO shaft you mention turns 540 rpm at 1400 engine rpm and the belt pulley turns 1157 rpm at 1400 engine rpm which gives a belt speed of 2574 fpm with the standard 8 1/2" x 6" pulley. You can probably get your Case IH dealer to order you a manual or you can get a ITT manual from one of the advertisers on Yesterdays Tractors. The shipping weight of a Farmall 130 was 2681. Your tractor may have wheel weights or liquid in the tires which would add to this weight. Good luck with your new project. Harold H
