Bill,
I just looked up the price from Tisco for a WD45 overhaul kit- $628.69. That plus any grinding and boring and labor. Makes the rest of the tractor pretty cheap. Go for it.
Even though I'm green through and through, I've got a '37 WC sittin' in line to get redone. I can't help it. I like'm all!
