Using anything in the radiator will not work as you have no water pump to move the coolant around. Drain the block and clean area well and rough it up good and like other posts have said use JB WELD this works well. I have two that are cracked from freezing in the same place as that is where they vrack have repaired them both with a rubber adheasive that they use to fasten new windshields no leake both tractors have belly mowers so they get used well
