Transmission will disengage in 1st,2nd, 4th, and R with out warning or noise. Gear selector lever remains in the selected gear and does not move. Shifter may be moved to 3rd,5th,or 6th and everything is normal. The transmission can now be shifted back to 1,2,4, or reverse and everthing is normal. I have rebuilt the transmssion and rear end installing new bearings throughout. Transmission is smooth and shifts easily. It acts like power is not getting into the transmission when the above mentioned problem occurs but by moving the gear selector through the neutral gate or putting it in a higher gear and then back then everything is OK. If anyone knows of something that I may have missed during reassembly could you please tell me where to start at in order to troubleshoot the problem. Thank you,
