With the easy to drive requirement, if I understand you right, means power steering, and hydrostatic transmission ? If this is true you might be looking at one of the newer Compact Utility Tractors. Not cheap, maybe 10K up for the tractor alone, USED. My IH 2444/444 has power steering, but has a manual transmission and fairly hard to push clutch with non synchronized transmission. I think it is easy to drive, but I like old Iron tractors. You might want to check out the Todays Tractors site. Link is on the bottom left of this screen. Good luck.
