mf 245 hydraulics

the mf 245 has a remote hydraulic control setup on top of housing in front of the seat. since i do not have any cause to use any remote hydrailic equip., i decided to take it off and replace it with the blank cover plate. before i did this the 3 pth worked ok. either using the remote control or the 3ph control. now the position control and/or the draft control does not work as well as it did. if you raise the position control to the up position, as the book states, it has a bad sounding noise in hydraulics and regardless of what you use [ position or draft control] it does not respond as i think it should. anybody with any ideas, i may have to put the remote back on. sorry for the long post. thanks to all.
