I carry three two cylinder John Deere`s to shows that weigh about 6500 lb`s each with no problems. I also use this trailer to haul baled tobacco to the market and on one trip last summer when I weighed in I had 24500 lbs. I pull it with a 1998 Chev 3500 crew cab 4 by 4 with a 454 gas engine and it pulls great. I think one advantage with dualls is if you have a flat you can limp in to a repair station but if you have singles you stop right there.
