You can get the 24 volt (rated 28V) bulbs from Grainger Industrial Supply, www.grainger.com . We have some of those 5 ton army trucks converted to fire trucks on 24 volt and use the GE464, Grainger# 1C356, 28V, 3 C.P., T-3 1/4 wedge type to replace the GE194 marker bulbs. This should replace the 168 also. Your bulb is called the T-3 1/4 wedge type. Just look at the candle power ratings to see what to replace them with. Some aircraft shops would also carry 28V bulbs. You will have to order a carton of 10 or 12 to get them from Grainger. I have some other numbers we use to replace headlamp, tail, & backup lamps too but will have to find them later. Good Luck.
