Farmall H won't start

We have a 1941 Farmall H that won't start. We put a carburetor Kit in it today and have had no luck. The ignition appears to be fine and we were hoping that the carb kit would help it start, but it hasn't. We have tried pull starting it with it trying to fire, but it died after five seconds of running. We have adjusted the carb screws correctly as well. It ran well a couple of weeks ago after we put on a new exhaust manifold, but we have not been able to start it since. Any Ideas? Thanks.
