i have attempted to find an answer to this very question many times before. seems no one from the truck squads in any state can give you the right answer. they tell me that i have to stop. i ask them why don't the camper people stop. they say they are a recreation vehicle just out for fun. so i say i am out having fun and the registration on my truck and trailer is the same as theirs. they say it doesn't matter. i say it is a form of discrimination because all i am doing is going to a tractor show and having fun. guess the answer is to disquise your trailer to look like a camper so you don't have to stop. inside would be the tractors you are hauling. doesn't really answer the question but it saves on stopping for those idiots who make up the rules as they go. apparently the gov't will be making universal laws for all of this someday soon so each state will be the same. AARP is still leading the fight to keep the campers and RV's exempt which is what is causing the delay. i say it should be only the commercial vehicles should stop, not us private citizens who are just out having fun on the weekends going to shows and promoting the agricultural heritage of the great country of ours.

I’m par
