Air loss

City cab Freightliner, tandem
While driving at highway speed with a loaded trailer my secondary air will drop to 50 psi,warning buzzer comes on and I need to pull over and stop. After starting away again the air builds up to normal for a while then drops again and I need to go through the same procedure.
I've had the tractor in the shop several times and nearly everything has been checked or replaced but still the problem persists.
Can anyone shed some light on what might be causing this?
