You must have the retrofit kit that was made to
put disc brakes on the early tractors. I had heard about them but never saw one. They may be
hard to find even in a salvage yard. If you have
a garage in your area that works on heavy trucks,
check and see if the know of someone who relines
brakes. You may also want to consider changing to
the band brake setup. I doubt if your tractor came from the factory with the disc brakes. As I said, that was an update kit probably
added after the tractor left the factory.
