8N Starting Problems

To All, My 8N is running good and have started using it for raking and tedding hay. The only problem I have encountered is that it has become hard to start when the engine is hot. When the engine is cold, it will fire and go on the 3rd to 4th hit and it will run all day without 1 miss. If I shut the tractor down and try to restart it, I have to keep cranking it over until it finally starts. Like before; however, once it is runnig, it has plenty of power and runs great. Does any one have any ideas of what could be wrong? Thanks; John
