to pull the sleeves: remove the pistons and connecting rods, and then use a puller to pull the sleeves from the block. When you replace the old sleeves, make sure that there is no dirt or foriegn objects in the sealing surfaces of the block or the new sleeves. the top of the sleeve should not extend more than .002 to .004 above the Block. If it is any more than .004, water will be able to leak around the head gasket. Use some vasaline to lubricate the two sealing rings. There ya go!
