Too much SILT in my WELL....Hot to remove.???

I have been trying to figure out a way to lift out the silt.. ..
The well is under the garage EVE, and so, I could not have a well driller do it...
Anyone have an Idea about how to get the silt out....Maybe 12 ft of silt....well can't flow now...
Usually about 12 ft from the surface, and 48 ft deep...only measures about 37 ft now..!!
