The clutch and flywheel stuck together wouldn't keep it from moving if it was out of gear, although after 18 years, your clutch and flywheel probably are stuck together. You'll likely find lots of things stuck together after 18 years in the fencerow. Chances are the brakes are seized in it, locking up the rear wheels. Good luck with it, and have fun!
