Remember the trailer has weight also. My 18 ft tandom axle trailer w/electric brakes weighs 1,800 pounds so if you add that to the tractor your at about 4500 pound more than your truck is. So you will have a hard time on the hill but with electric brakes you can do it. I have a Heavy Duty 1/2 ton 4X4 350 Chevy full size 5,000lb truck and a 8N is just fine on it. Not sure I would want anything smaller to be safe. When I load up my 4800 lb Power Wagon it hits the limit for me and goes real slow up steep grades so it would probley be like me with the PW compaired to you pulling the TO 20 tractor. I sure would not want to get on the freeway with it! Let alone slam on my brakes or have to steer fast around another car. Mark H.
