Hi Ron, I drained mine into 5gal buckets and covered them for a year, then went back and ran the oil thru a strainer into clean containers. I was shocked to see how clean the oil was, just like new. I recovered about 4.5gal from every container. For my backhoe/loader that gets used 12 times year it works for me. T_Bone
