the 450 has a kohler 18hp magnum. Was running it for few hrs the other day. shut it off. when i went to restart i can not get the kohler to run past about half idle. If I push the throttle to increase it begins to sputter and konks out. Engine will run fine just sitting a idle and a few rpn past idle..just when cross that half way point she sputters and dies. Im replacing the fuel filter tomorrow just incase its restricted. dont think thats it tho since it will sit for hous running at little less than half idle. I checked the walbro carb and the idle mix needle is set to spec. I dont think my walbro has the high spped set screw? Anyway now im thinking contaminant/foreign object somewhere in the carb. CAnt see what else could be. for those familiar with bobcat it has the BICS system. Could that be part of the problem? much appreciate any feedback
